Classes are based on Wing Chun's practical, ingenious and complete martial system. Through practice, students will gain an individualized understanding of their anatomy, joint and muscle range of motion of their bodies, which is informed by the instructor Tom Yung’s background as an ACE Certified personal trainer.

Learn concepts from Jesse Glover’s highly innovative training methods designed for the average person to develop above-average martial skills in a relatively short period of time. Develop and cultivate core attributes of power, speed, timing and sensing among others.

Attain a strong level of focus from this unique form of standing meditation based on the practices of the martial art of Yi Quan.
